- 1. What are the method of payment accept by Hileytech ?
- 2. Hileytech has recently completed my web site design. I wish to pay by credit card instead of by cheque. Can I do so ?

- We accept payment in cheque, credit card or via Maybank2U.com.
For cheque payment, please make your cheque payable to Hileytech Sdn Bhd and mail your cheque to us. Alternatively, funds can also be deposit into our Malayan Banking Account No.012259-505333 and fax the deposit to us.
For credit card payment, you can choose to pay either via SET or MOSET system. MOSET is equivalent to SSL where you are only required to key in your credit card number together with the expiry date. SET however require you to have a digital wallet which you must download before you can make payment.

For payment via Maybank2u.com, please log into www.Maybank2U.com and choose "Hiley Online" from the payee list and make payment accordingly. AT present, Maybank2U.com users can also opt to make payment to via Maybank2U.com to us using credit cards issued in Malaysia.

- Yes you can. Just proceed to Retail Payment Page and key in the amount that you wish to pay us by credit card and proceed accordingly. Please include all information on the purpose of the payment for in the "Remark Area" of the check out form.

- To pay us using credit card online is very safe. Upon checking out, you will be transferred to Pay Direct secure server where you will key in your 16 digits credit card number and expiry date. All credit number key in will be encrypted before it is transmitted via the Internet.
As you will only be keying the credit card in PayDirect server and not out server, we as a Merchant has no knowledge about your credit card information at all. All credit card validation are make immediately online and only the final result that show whether your card is authorized for payment or not is transmitted to our server.

- The URL of a secure server starts with https:// instead of http://. In addition, you will be able to see a LOCK graphic at the bottom of the browser which indicate the page you are visiting is secure.

- NO. Every successful transaction will only mean that your credit card is good for payment but your credit card will not be charged until we capture the payment. We will only capture one payment for an order number. If there are several payments authorized for the same order number, only one will be considered with the rest ignored.

- Whenever you are making payment into our account, please always write the relevant information on the bottom reference section of the deposit slip before depositing the fund.
Example as follow :-
Instead of writing your domain name, you can use the following to indentify the payment :-
- Your company name
- Our invoice number
